ADOPTION

SOS Cats RVA is not a rescue but in the course of our TNR activities we will encounter litters of kittens as well as abandoned or stray, friendly cats. On a space available basis, we will provide safe housing, medical care and adoption assistance.

The Adoption Process

All our adoptable cats and kittens are fostered in private homes. To meet one of our cats, please complete our online appointment request form and one of our volunteers will contact you to arrange an appointment. An approved application is required before adoption. To fill it out, click here.

Our standard adoption fee is $125
This covers:
•Wellness exam(s)
•Spaying/neutering
•Age-appropriate vaccines
•Testing for FIV/FeLV
•Microchipping
•Flea/worm prevention medication
